Summary
Given two functions in univariate form, returns true if they are CCZ-equivalent and false otherwise. To do so, it checks the equivalence of the codes generated by the two functions.
Due to the amount of memory required to compute the equivalence of the codes, MAGMA may give a wrong inequivalence answer for big finite fields (especially if the running time of the computation is considerable).
